TRUMP is the fourth I have read by the historical intellectual Davis Hanson;
see the list below. I am a non-aligned voter who believes the present two-party
works as one party. I always seek answers as to why.
Trump entered the picture in 2016, and newsworthy conflicts became the norm. VDH takes the reader through those conflicts - politically and personally charged.
You may disagree with VDH on Trump's, Never-Trumpers', Democrats', and Republicans' motives, pro and con, but you will find VDH's historical data complete. His narrative of the rollercoaster Trump journey into the White House up to November 1, 2019, is profoundly at odds with what the Washington elite and political profundity have gotten the USA into over the last twenty years.
'The (USA) status quo certainly was neither stable nor sustainable,' Davis Hanson explained the US conflicts before Trump's arrival. I believe that the US citizens' needs came second to the globalists' wealth and political needs of the military and industrial complex.
