non-fiction, with many medical terms sometimes slowing the reading. However, the
information within is understandable and usable to ward off what Attia calls
the four Horsemen (Sickness) that plague humans.
Your health via exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mental health can slow the human death rate. In narrative form, Dr. Attia lays out the norms and highs of each area with personal and patient history so that you can understand where you are on life's spectrum.
He does not recommend medicines and notes to check with your doctor. All his remedies are within one's reach with serious due diligence.
Peter Attia's Healthspan and Lifespan dissertation is worth the read if you care about your health.
