This story starts
boring: an engineer, Don's daily routine of shit, dress, and shave (Crazy
order); then he goes to work. Okay, there are some funny and sad parts: he
talks to his dead wife, eats the same food each day, and reads the love
commentary in the newspaper.
Don's life changes when Rachel arrives as a coworker on Monday. This adventure starts on a Wednesday and ends the following Saturday after he meets Rachel.
It's love at first smell. Yes, first smell. The involvement starts because their boss asks Don to help Rachel find an apartment.
The only drawback to this romance novel is Mr. Daniel Smith's interwoven politics into Don and Rachel's wooing, using rants. There was no need for me - I never mix love with politics.
All in all, the writing kept me engaged and was somewhat funny.
